Applicants will be required to attend an enrollment interview with an administrator prior to acceptance into the program. This interview may be done via video conference or in-person, depending on staff availability.

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required prior to our staff reviewing your application. You will be prompted to pay when you submit this form. When you enroll, this fee will be credited toward your tuition
